Thank you for choosing Audela Corporate Gifting. We strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please review our refund policy for corporate gifting purchases:
- Bulk or Corporate Orders: Returns are not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
- Exchange and Return Policy: Once purchased, Audela Corporate Gifts are not eligible for exchange or return. This includes engraved, imprinted, and customized products, except as described in our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you receive a product with any defect or damage, kindly notify us within 2 days and send images to hello@audelaindia.com. Our customer experience team will review the issue, and if confirmed, we will exchange the product. The exchange process will begin upon receiving the returned product and may take a maximum of 14 days.
- Returns for Non-Personalized Products: For non-personalized products, we offer easy and hassle-free exchanges. Please inform our team within 7 working days of receiving the package. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
- Personalized Product Orders: Once a personalized product order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. In exceptional cases, if you still wish to cancel the order, you will be charged 15% of the amount.
